Customized Docker for Nanonetworking GPU Simulations

The aim of the project is to come up with a docker for our new NVIDIA DGX-1 with V100 server with 40,960 cores (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/data-center/dgx-1). There are several dockers configured for deep learning on this device, but our focus is designing a GPU simulator for Nanonetworking/Molecular Communications.
You should be a self-motivated student who wants to gain hands-on experience on GPU computing. If you believe you can dedicate yourself for this project, contact Tuna Tuğcu (tugcuatboun.edu.tr).
