According to the ranking of Guide2Research based on h-index, citations, and number of DBLP documents gathered by May 16th, 2020, Boğaziçi University is the top-ranking university in the fields of computer science and electronics. Prof. Lale Akarun from the computer engineering department has the highest h-index value within the university and is ranked 8th in Turkey.
