A team of researchers from the Computer Engineering Departments of Boğaziçi University and Namık Kemal University won both the qualitative and quantitative stages of the IJCNN/CVPR ChaLearn Job Candidate Screening Competition. Their designed system evaluates a short video clip from a job candidate, decides automatically whether the candidate will be invited for a job interview, and explains the reasons for the decision in plain text.
